An error when calculating weighted averages for 360 evaluations has been corrected. The formula used to calculate the weighted average is as follows: add together( Score x Weight) for each assessor and divide by total weight. The weight number for each assessor indicates the relative importance for each assessor's evaluation. The number can be any number greater than zero.
